A Rhode Island Superior Court Judge will allow police there to depose the alleged victim in an alleged case of sexual assault involving former Holyoke, Massachusetts City Councilor Wilmer Puella Mota.
Prosecutors may want to know from her if she knows where he is.
Social media suggests that he has joined the Russian Army and is fighting in Ukraine.
Mota was wanted on child porn and other charges and fled the country prior to trial.
