In Providence, a construction worker has died in a work site accident.
Police say it happened Tuesday at the Omni Hotel on Sabin Street.
Police say a worker was on a scaffolding when he suffered a medical episode and fell.
Efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.
OSHA and Providence Police are investigating.
