The median price for a single-family home in Rhode Island has jumped over ten percent in the last year.
The Rhode Island Association of Realtors says the median price reached a record 494-thousand-dollars in June.
That's a 12-percent increase from 2023.
Data released yesterday also revealed home sales dropped 19-percent from June of last year.
The Association of Realtors says despite that decline -- on average -- a single-family home went under contract in a record 23 days last month.
