A South Carolina man was taken into custody at T.F. Green International Airport after police say he tried to board a plane with nine-pounds of marijuana.
Rhode Island State Police troopers arrested 25-year-old James Perry Tuesday and he's facing charges that include possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
South Carolina is one of just a handful of states in the country where pot of any kind, medical or recreational is illegal.
