Landlords have until October 1st to sign up for the Department of Health's new lead registry.
A 2023 law will allow potential renters to view whether or not a landlord has a lead certificate.
All landlords statewide are required to sign up online.
Those who do not join could face a 50-dollar a month fine and inability to evict tenants.
The law also requires lead certificates for all owner-occupied buildings.
