Rhode Island Health officials have announced another confirmed human case of the West Nile Virus and one probable case among Providence area residents in their 70's.
Officials are reminding the public that this is an active time of year for mosquitos, and they should take steps to protect themselves from the insects.
So far this season there are a total of two confirmed and two probable cases of the virus.
Doctors say you should wear long sleeves if you are going out.
Use sprays with DEET and removing standing water from your properties.
