One of two suspects accused of stealing a Ferrari in Rhode Island has been arraigned in Flagler County, Florida.
Twenty-year-old Johnathan Costa and 18-year-old Logan Slezak allegedly stole the sports car during an armed home invasion in Cranston in August and Costa fled to Florida where he was arrested a few days later.
On Monday, Costa entered a no contest plea during his arraignment, and he faces 270 days detainment with 35 days served.
Authorities say he can be extradited to Rhode Island before the end of his sentence.
