A man has been arrested in Rhode Island after he allegedly kidnapped his son from a Canton, Massachusetts day care.
Nathan DoRosario has been charged with custodial kidnapping over state lines, violation of a restraining order, and violation of a no trespassing order.
DoRosario is accused of taking his 18-month-old son from the daycare at around 3:30 Thursday afternoon and he was taken into custody about an hour later in Pawtucket.
The child has been returned to his mother.
