A 41-year-old man is facing charges after he allegedly grabbed two children at a Providence laundromat over the weekend.
Shawn Dolphin was arrested shortly after the Saturday night incident at the Laundromax Laundromat on Smithfield Avenue.
Witnesses told police a man was acting strange and grabbed the hands of a six-year-old and a seven-year-old before someone intervened and removed the man from the building.
In addition to assault, Dolphin is also charged with disorderly conduct.
