No community in Rhode Island is affordable to prospective home buyers not earning above the median income of about 107-thousand-dollars a year.
That's according to the annual Housing Fact Book released today by HousingWorks RI.
The actual median income in the state is about 81-thousand-dollars.
Voters will determine the fate of a 120-million-dollar bond on the November ballot intended to help increase the availability of long-term affordable housing.
