Two New York men have pleaded not guilty in connection to a gift card scam in Rhode Island.
Forty-five-year-old Quanbin Huang and 46-year-old Zhixiong Lu are charged with forgery and counterfeiting, conspiracy and obtaining property by false pretenses.
They were arrested after South Kingston Police carried out a search warrant and seized more than 18-hundred gift cards that had been tampered with and more than 930 gift cards from CVS.
The defendants are Chinese nationals who are also facing immigration charges.
Their next court date is in November.
