Narragansett Police Chief Sean Corrigan will be retiring in November.
Corrigan says it's been an extreme pleasure to serve for the last 28 years and he's grateful for the support he's received from all members of the police department, town employees, the Town Council, the citizens of Narragansett and federal and state law enforcement partners.
Corrigan's last day on the job will be November 8.
Captain Kyle Rekas will succeed Corrigan as the next police chief.
