A Providence woman is accused of driving under the influence with a child in her vehicle. Connecticut State Police pulled over Javglad Garcia on Sunday evening after reports that she was driving erratically on Route 2.
Police say Garcia showed signs of impairment and she's facing charges that include operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment.
Garcia is scheduled to appear in court on December 13.
