An Alabama man has been sentenced to ten-years in prison for a 2024 shooting in the parking lot of a Providence Walmart.
Fifty-seven-year-old Shawn Slaughter was convicted of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Eric Campbell, who was also from Alabama.
Police say Slaughter and Campbell knew each other.
