Governor Says Storm Wasn't Bad Enough For Emergency

(Providence, RI)  --  Governor Raimondo is saying the nor'easter that hit the region wasn't bad enough to call for a state of emergency.  The storm did dump up to 16-inches of snow on some parts of Rhode Island before tapering off last night.  While the storm has moved on, wind gusts will create wind chills into the single digits this morning.  Roads may still be slick in some areas making for a slow morning commute.
