(North Kingstown, RI) -- A 28-year-old North Kingstown man is facing DUI and other charges. WJAR-TV reports police say he was traveling more than 100 miles-per-hour when he hit the back of a slower moving vehicle just after midnight on Route 4 near Ten Rod Road. Both vehicles burst into flames. All three people involved in the crash were treated for minor injuries.
