(Woonsocket, RI) -- A faulty fuse is what caused a backup generator to fail at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket. The hospital lost power for about 30 minutes around 1:30 Wednesday morning when the generator failed after running for about an hour. The Woonsocket "Call" reports it happened during a routine test of emergency power equipment. One patient in the intensive care unit was taken to Rhode Island Hospital as a precaution.
