(Providence, RI) -- Voters in Providence's Ward Three head to the polls today to decide whether to recall Councilman Kevin Jackson. He's currently under indictment for embezzlement and misuse of campaign funds, but has refused to resign. Jackson is accused of embezzling $127,000 from a charity for Providence young people. If he's removed from office today, a special election will be held within 90 days to fill his seat.
