(Tiverton, RI) -- A Tiverton barber is in jail on drug dealing charges. Authorities say they found 170 bags of heroin and cash Tuesday at Upper Cuts Barber Shop on Main Road. Police have charged 39-year-old Jesse Rego after an extensive investigation of drug dealing from the shop.
