(Central Falls, RI) -- A man facing drug distribution charges in a school zone is behind bars. Authorities say 28-year-old Delfino Catalan Vargas was arrested Saturday around 8 p.m. after he was spotted parked near Blackstone Valley Prep Mayoral Academy Middle School in Central Falls. Authorities seized a quantity of cocaine and Vargas' vehicle. He's being held on $20,000 bond.
