Bill Looks To Take Guns Away From Domestic Violence Offenders

(Providence, RI)  --  State lawmakers are considering putting limits on access to guns for domestic abusers.  A debate over Representative Teresa Tanzi's bill happened last night at the Rhode Island State House.  Tanzi says these abusers are found to pose an immediate threat to victims.  House Minority Leader Representative Patricia Morgan says the bill goes too far and prevents then having a gun for hobby or sport.  The House Judiciary Committee says changes are necessary before the bill moves forward.
