(Warwick, RI) -- Residents of a Warwick neighborhood are not happy about a rat infestation. City officials say the increase in the number of rats in the Post Road Elmwood Avenue area is due to runway construction at T.F. Green Airport. The health department has been putting out traps in the hope of getting the situation under control. It's also sent letters to residents not to leave food outside and be sure trash cans are covered.
