(Warwick, RI) -- A misunderstanding about flights is being blamed for a Norwegian Airline flight being stranded on the tarmac at T.F. Green Airport. An airline spokesman says no one from Customs and Border Protection was at the airport in Warwick to process passengers when the flight landed around 7:55 last night. The flight from Scotland runs four times a week. The airline eventually received clearing from the CBP and passengers and crew were able to get off the plane about an hour later.
