(Providence, RI) -- A parking lot expansion project at Rhode Island College is expected to resume tomorrow. Work was halted last week when college President Frank Sanchez met with local and state officials about neighbors' concerns. The college has agreed to add increased fencing and shrubbery between the parking lot and the neighborhood and shut down Sheffield Avenue from student and staff vehicular traffic.
