(Cranston, RI) -- A 17-year old boy is being ordered held without bail in the murder of his mother's boyfriend. Xavier Vidot's case was also moved out of Family Court and he is now charged as an adult in the killing of Valdez Loiseau. Authorities believe there was a domestic violence incident between the 24-year old Loiseau and Vidot's 35-year old mother, Melonie Perez, leading to his being shot and killed. Loiseau's body was dumped in Attleboro, Massachusetts and set on fire.
