(Westerly, RI) -- Two Cumberland residents are facing charges after a crash in Westerly. The accident happened around 1 a.m. yesterday on High Street and witnesses told officers that Matthew Zarski was behind the wheel and Haley Smith got out of the passenger side screaming. Both told officers that Smith was driving and not Zarski, but he failed a sobriety test and was arrested. Smith argued with officers and was also taken into custody.
