Josh Duhamel Visits Fergie With Roses Amid National Anthem Backlash

It's been about five months since Fergie and Josh Duhamel announced their divorce, but it seems like there's still love between the pair, particularly after the actor was spotted bringing the pop star some flowers after her disastrous national anthem performance at the NBA All-Star Game.

On Monday (February 19), Duhamel was photographed outside of his ex-wife's place along with their 4-year-old son, Axel. Click here to see the shots. The Duhamel spotting comes just a day after the jazzy rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" took the blogosphere by storm and we're guessing that she could use a little pick-me-up at this point in time. Fergie's patriotic ode was still the number one trending video on YouTube at time of press.

After the poor reviews of the performance, Fergie released a statement on the backlash via TMZ, standing strong by her love for the country, at the very least. "I've always been honored and proud to perform the national anthem and last night I wanted to try something special for the NBA," she said in the statement. "I'm a risk taker artistically, but clearly this rendition didn't strike the intended tone. I love this country and honestly tried my best."
