(Undated) -- Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza is in Puerto Rico with a group of mayors. The visit is organized by the Open Society Foundations and the U.S. Conference of Mayors. The intent is to improve disaster recovery resources available to the island devastated by Hurricane Maria by matching mayors in Puerto Rico with mayors on the mainland. Elorza's travel expenses are being reimbursed.
