(Providence, RI) -- The state's jobless rate is holding steady. The Department of Labor and Training released the latest numbers yesterday and the unemployment rate is four-point-five percent, four-tenths of a percent higher than the national average last month. While the rate held steady, the number of jobs grew by 12-hundred in February and 63-hundred from the same month a year ago.
