(Providence, RI) -- Plans for a 46-floor apartment building are expected to hit a deadline tomorrow night. The 195 Commission is likely to authorize the purchase and sale agreement for the property along the Providence River waterfront. The developers hope to get a zoning variance by summer for the project to go ahead. But there's some opposition from the Neighborhood Association, which claims the scale of the project doesn't fit into the nearby waterfront park.
