(Woonsocket, RI) -- The Woonsocket Police Department is identifying the three-year-old boy who drowned in a neighbor's pool on Monday. The victim is Jasper Sengsavangvong, who authorities say wandered away from his home and into a neighbor's backyard before getting into the pool. Sengsavangvong was pronounced dead at Landmark Medical Center after police found him face down in the pool. Police continue to investigate, but say no foul play is suspected.
