(Newport, RI) -- Leaders from the Pentagon spoke at the Naval War College in Newport on Tuesday for a military strategy forum. Chief of Naval Operations Admiral John Richardson and Commandant of the Marines General Robert Neller talked about new naval and cyberwarfare capabilities from China and Russia and how it threatens American interests. Navy Secretary Richard Spencer also spoke at the forum, the 69th in the college's history.
