(Brownsville, TX) -- Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline is reporting what he saw during a tour of an immigration detention facility in Texas on Sunday. Cicilline tweeted that he saw dozens of children by themselves in cages and met with a dozen women who were separated from their kids. The congressman said yesterday was a very difficult day and spoke out against the Trump administration policy of separating illegal immigrant parents from their children.
