(Boston, MA) -- Closing arguments are on the record in the murder trial of New England mobster Francis "Cadillac Frank" Salemme [[ suh-LEM-ee ]]. Prosecutors say Salemme arranged a hit on Boston nightclub owner and Providence native Steven DiSarro because he thought he would cooperate with the FBI. DiSarro's body was found in Providence in 2016, nearly 23 years after he was last seen. Mob associate Paul Weadick, accused of helping to strangle DiSarro, is Salemme's co-defendant.
