Duck Boat Driver Lived In Rhode Island

(Undated)  --  The driver of a duck boat that was involved in an accident in Branson, Missouri last week was a former Rhode Island resident. Robert "Bob" Williams was one of 17 people who died when the amphibious vehicle capsized and sank in a lake during severe weather on Thursday. Family members and friends say Williams worked for the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority and was a pastor at the King's Cathedral church in Providence.
