Indictment Alleges Crack Cocaine Distribution: ACI

(Providence, RI)  --  Four people are facing charges for allegedly running a crack cocaine distribution ring in the Adult Correctional Institutions.  A federal indictment unsealed last week accuses James Gomes, an ACI inmate, and his mother, Lisa Ellis of Pawtucket, of conspiring to distribute the drugs, while Joshua Moore of Pawtucket and Gerald Price of Cranston are also charged.  In total, the group is alleged to have sold 112 grams of crack.
