(Providence, RI) -- New details are being released about the fatal crash involving a landscape truck in Providence on Monday. Police say Brian Pagan Torres, a convicted felon, stole the truck and was driving under the influence when the crash happened at Atwells Avenue and Valley Street. City resident Frank Perry Jr. was killed in the wreck after his car was T-boned, while his passenger suffered critical injuries. Police cite witnesses who say Torres ran a red light.
