Flash Flood Watch For Part Of Rhode Island

(Undated)  --  Southern Rhode Island is under a Flash Flood Watch from the National Weather Service until Tuesday afternoon.  Forecasters say rain moving up the coast associated with a developing coastal storm will be heavy at times this morning.  Parts of Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts are expected to receive one to one-and-a-half inches.  Any leaf-clogged storm drains will increase the potential for urban and poor drainage flooding, according to the weather service.
