(North Providence, RI) -- A North Providence building with a mural depicting the mayor sitting on a toilet and wearing a crown is being torn down. The building on Mineral Spring Avenue had been vacant for about fifteen years, and owner Dr. Anthony Farina Jr. commissioned the mural as a way of voicing his displeasure in the long fight to have the structure removed. Mayor Charles Lombardi insisted to news reporters on Monday that he wasn't offended by the mural.
