(Undated)  --  The state's REAL ID program is starting soon.  Drivers are being notified that local Triple-A branches will be unavailable for Rhode Island DMV services on Saturday as the department prepares to launch the program, which is expected to be ready to go by next Monday.  Rhode Islanders will need REAL ID or a passport to board domestic flights or enter certain federal buildings starting next October.
