(Providence, RI) -- A Providence man has confessed to taking checks from United States Postal Service collection boxes. The U.S. Attorney's Office says 22-year-old Gerald Reinoso used so called "sticky devices" to steal over 97-thousand dollars. Once he had the checks, Reinoso would illegally endorse and deposit them before withdrawing the money. He'll be sentenced in March.
