Sentences Issued For Both Men Arrested For Target Break-In

(Providence, RI)--A second New York man who was charged with breaking into a Target store in Smithfield by cutting through a roof is being sentenced.The U.S. Justice Department says Liridon Gashi of the Bronx, who has been in custody since his arrest last March, was sentenced to time served yesterday after he pleaded guilty to charges last September.Gashi and Epirot Krasniqi of Brooklyn allegedly got into the department store, pried open an ATM inside and stole more than 14-thousand dollars, then cut through a wall into a CVS Pharmacy inside the store and stole a controlled substance.Krasniqi was sentenced to time served last month.
