(Warwick, RI)--Tuesday was the first day of a trial for a former Rhode Island state senator who is being criminally charged with video voyeurism.Prosecutors allege Nicholas Kettle sent nude photos of his girlfriend to a friend in New Hampshire in exchange for similar photos of that man's wife.That individual, Zachary Brennan, was granted immunity in exchange for his testimony and was the first person to take the stand in Kent County Superior Court.The trial is expected to continue on Wednesday.
