Legislator Shouting Match Follows After Lengthy Black History Month Speech

(Providence, RI)--The legislators involved in a dust-up at the Rhode Island State House on Tuesday are expressing a desire to move on from the incident.After Deputy Speaker Charlene Lima attempted to cut off a prolonged Black History Month speech from the floor by Representative Joe Almeida; Lima was told by Representative Ray Hull to let Almeida finish, and Lima responded by saying she'd ask law enforcement to take Hull off the floor until he could behave himself.Lima, who was filling in for House Speaker Nicholas Mattiello, told WPRI-TV that looking back, she wouldn't have handled the situation differently.
