Woman Says Image Was Wrongly Posted On Most-Wanted List

(Providence, RI)--A Pawtucket woman is filing a lawsuit after she says she was incorrectly implicated in a check-cashing fraud case.According to details of the suit in a report from The Providence Journal, Jennifer Darling cashed a check at a Citizens Bank in January of 2017 at a Stop and Shop on Branch Avenue in Providence, and a bulletin with her image on it was posted by the Rhode Island Most Wanted website a month later.A Rhode Island State Police detective reached out to the bank soon afterwards concerned that photos of the wrong person had been provided, according to the suit.Darling is seeking unspecified damages.
