Apple Announces Credit Card, Apple News And More

So it appears that the rumors were true and Apple is releasing its own credit card and streaming service. What’s so special about it? It’ll integrate with your iPhone, for one. Set to launch in the US this summer, there’ll be a physical titanium Apple Card, too.

But get this – there’s no credit card number, CVV, expiration date, or signature…again, ALL “integrated.” The company has also unveiled Apple TV Plus, which will take on Amazon, Netflix and Hulu. Look for original shows and movies featuring the likes of Steven Spielberg and other big-name stars. Apple TV Plus launches in over 100 countries this fall.

The Apple News + service will offer paid subscription options for unlimited access to magazine and paywalled sites including "The Wall Street Journal" and the "Los Angeles Times" for 9-99 a month. It also unveiled Apple Arcade, a game subscription service for iOS, Mac and Apple TV where users will be able to try a host of games across all their Apple devices.
