(East Providence, RI)--Outgoing state Education Commissioner Ken Wagner delivered his final State of Education speech on Monday.Speaking to parents, students and educators at Martin Middle School in East Providence, Wagner said he was most proud of being able to offer more school choice to students, while those in attendance voiced concerns about standardized test scores, among other things.Wagner will be taking a position at Brown University.
