When you’re trying to eat healthy, Dunkin’ probably isn’t the first place that comes to mind, but they’ve just added a couple of new breakfast bowls that may change your mind.
There’s the Egg White Bowl, which is made with egg whites, naturally, and spinach, roasted potatoes, cheddar cheese and caramelized onions. It’s got 14-grams of protein and 250-calories, and if you order it without the cheese, it’s Paleo and Whole30 friendly.
The second newbie is the Sausage Scramble Bowl, which has scrambled eggs, sausage, cheddar jack cheese, peppers, and onions. Keto fans will love it and it has 21-grams of protein and 450-calories. They’re both available now, for a limited-time, at Dunkin’s across the country.
