(Providence, RI)--A suspect in an attempted armed robbery of a gas station in South Attleboro, Massachusetts is under arrest.Rhode Island State Police reports indicate Ashley Weaver of Providence was picked up on Thursday.On May 20th, a store employee at a Mobil gas station on Newport Avenue said someone wearing a monkey mask entered the store, and then wrestled with the employee before shooting the clerk in the abdomen.The clerk was able to unmask the suspect, and detectives from the Attleboro Police Department identified Weaver as the suspect.
