(Providence, RI)--An abortion rights bill is being transferred out of the state Senate Judiciary Committee.The move was made on Tuesday as the Judiciary Committee was scheduled to vote on the House bill that had been held for further study after the committee voted against the Senate version last month.The Reproductive Privacy Act has been moved to the Senate Health and Human Services Committee, where it is expected to pass when it is taken up for a vote on Thursday.
